Neodymium Cylinder magnets can be made from longer cylinder magnets and usually need cutting and milling process in order to get the right part and finally will be coated Nickel(Ni-Cu-Ni), Black Nickel, Zinc(Trivalent), Epoxy, Stannum, Gold, Silver or Parylene etc in order to keep from rusting according to order requirement. And it is also called bar magnets or rod magnets.
This kind of NdFeB bar magnets have many applications in ordinary magnetic assemblies and some electronic components. The highest grades still have N52, N48M, N44H, N42SH, N38UH and N35EH etc. And a serious of strict test such as salt spray test, coating thickness test, temperature and wet test and specification test and surface test etc will be made before shipment and all goods are shipped to customer along with Test report and Curve Chart Report in order to guarantee the right quality of magnets.
