Quality control is considered as one of our highest
priorities. It all starts with your RFQ.
1. When we receive your RFQ the first thing we do is to carefully
study the enquiry. Can we understand the enquiry? Can we produce
the required materials? Can we meet the tolerances and specifications?
Do we have a qualified vender? These are all questions we solve
before we give you a quote.
2. When your order is placed with us, our engineer who oversees
your project will meet with the production manager to discuss
your job and then the following processes to be followed in
the manufacture of your parts.
3. If your project is placed with the other manufacturer, our Q.C. inspectors will visit the factory
every 3 days to monitor the manufacturing process.
4. When your order is completed our Q.C. manager completes a
separate Q.C. report in the meantime, checking a large sample
of parts to see if the testing result is the same as Q.C. department¡¯s
test. If our manager is satisfied and every thing is in spec,
your order will be packed and shipped to you. We will not knowingly
ship any parts that do not meet your specifications, unless
you grant us a written waiver. |
