Samarium cobalt magnets (SmCo) are composed of samarium, cobalt and iron. They are extremely strong and their shapes are rings, blocks, discs and arc segments etc. They have high energy, high resistence to demagnetization and high working temperature up to 300 degree centigrade and their price is the most expensive in other rare earth magnets.
Applications: Motors, Sensors, Transducers, Generators, Radar, Linear actuators, Satellite systems etc.
